Frequently asked questions

What exactly is the procedure?

Be there 10 minutes before your game show. You will then play 10 games in our game zones over 2.5 hours. At the end, we will hold a short award ceremony and take a photo.

What is the time frame?

You should plan a total of 3 hours for the game show event itself. We recommend arriving at our location 15 minutes before the game show starts. You will then be immersed in the exciting game show for 2.5 hours, which also includes an award ceremony. If you would like to extend the day, you can also book our lounge and relax in a relaxed atmosphere.

Are the games at Your Showdown also suitable for people who are not quite as physically fit?

Our location is wheelchair accessible and the games are designed so that everyone can participate, regardless of disabilities or illnesses. Please let us know in advance by phone or discuss your wishes with the Game Master on site.

What payment methods are available?

We offer flexible payment options. We accept payments by invoice, credit card, instant bank transfer, and PayPal. Please note that direct payment on site is unfortunately not possible. All payments are conveniently made online in advance.

In which languages do you offer the game show?

Our game show is available in German and English.

Can I purchase drinks individually and pay on site?

Yes, you can purchase drinks on site. Payment is easy and can be made afterwards via PayPal, invoice, or credit card.

What are the prices?

€39 per person + basic fee

Monday to Saturday €50 basic fee:

✅ 2.5-hour game show with up to 135 people

✅ Support from our experienced game masters

✅ Optional flat rate for drinks, catering, exclusive rental

✅ Optional flat rate for drinks

Sundays without basic fee:

✅ 2.5-hour game show with up to 135 people

✅ Support from our experienced game masters

✅ Optional flat rate for drinks at half price

Can the number of people be changed spontaneously?

Spontaneous adjustments can be made on site as long as the group size remains in increments of 15 (e.g., 15, 30, 45 people). For larger changes that require additional support and capacity, we ask that you inform us in good time. If the number of participants is lower, our terms and conditions apply.

Do we work up a sweat playing games?

No, our games are designed to focus on action and fun without making you break a sweat.

At Your Showdown, will we be in our own group or will we be mixed with other people?

Your group will always stay together and will not be mixed with other teams.

We don’t know the exact headcount yet—can we still book?

If you’re not sure how many people will join, just book the minimum number. If more guests come along, we’ll adjust the invoice on site.

Is the Showdown available in English?

Yes, our Game Masters speak English.

Is there parking at Your Showdown?

We have 10 parking spaces directly in front of the building – marked with a sign saying “Showdown” 🙂

Is there a mobile version?

Yes. Our Showdown Van brings the game show to a location of your choice. Have a look here.

Is there a minimum age for kids?

Yes. Our games are designed for ages 12 and up. Younger children are welcome to join when accompanied by their parents.

Can we rent a private area?

Yes. We have two lounges you can reserve exclusively. Optional add-ons include catering, drink packages, a DJ, and conference/meeting equipment.

Can we bring our dog?

Well-behaved dogs are welcome. Please keep them on a leash at all times. Be aware there are other guests around and the venue can get busy and sometimes loud.

Can we bring our own drinks?

Unfortunately not. Our on-site fridges are well stocked with a great selection of beverages.

Is alcohol allowed?

Yes, alcohol is permitted during the games. However, we reserve the right to exclude guests who are overly intoxicated from the Showdown. Fun and fair play come first 🙂
